The Valley of the Queens, or what is known as the "place of beauty", according to the Pharaonic language, is one of the archeological sites in Egypt that dates back to the era of the Pharaohs, and was a place for the burial of queens and princesses.The valley is located near the famous Valley of the Kings, on the west bank of the Nile River in Luxor Governorate (ancient Thebes) in Egypt. As for (The Valley of the Nobles ), there are hundreds of tombs of nobles carved into the rock in ancient Egypt. It was discovered along the west bank of the Nile River in the city of Luxor in an area called Sheikh Abd al-Qurna. The Valley of the Nobles is located in Luxor between the Ramesses Temple and the Temple of Hatshepsut, and it was carved on the hillside to be the final resting place of many rulers, officials, administrators, generals and others of the New Kingdom (1570- 1070 BC). As for the city of Habu, the temple was built to commemorate King Ramesses III, "the last great warrior pharaoh of the New Kingdom," after his death by order of the king himself. The temple was decorated with scenes and texts depicting the army. The king's victories, as well as the rituals and festivals that are celebrated here, and one of the most wonderful scenes engraved on the back of the southern tower of the temple edifice, is the bull chase, which depicts Ramesses III, driving his car, chariot, wild oxen hunt. Then, after you proceed to see the memorial temple of the great warrior king "Ramses II" Ramses, it was dedicated to the god Ra. In front of the ruins of the first edifice, there was once a huge statue of Ramses weighing more than 1000 tons and 18 meters high, and you can see what remains of it today, and after this site you will go to visit the last site in our tour, where you will see the remains of the ancient workers’ village in Deir el-Medina.The village was founded during the reign of King Thutmose I (from the 18th dynasty) and flourished until the end of the 20th dynasty. It was home to the artists, craftsmen, and workers who built and decorated the royal tombs.
